This website helps you explore Mochi Cafe’s menu and build a preview bag. Here’s how its saved bag, optional analytics, and contact links work.
Your preview bag stays in your browser
The ordering interface is a preview. Checkout is not connected, and no order is submitted to Mochi Cafe or an ordering provider. The preview does not collect or submit payment details, names, phone numbers, or email addresses.
To keep your bag when you move between pages or refresh, we save item identifiers, selected add-ons, quantities, and any item note you enter in session storage for this browser tab. Notes are limited to 200 characters. Please keep personal or sensitive information out of them. This bag data is not sent to analytics.
Use “Clear bag” to remove the saved preview. It also expires when the current tab session ends. If your browser blocks session storage, your bag only lasts while the ordering page stays open.
Browsing and getting in touch
When available, a separately labeled ordering-partner link opens that service. Your preview bag and notes are not transferred to it. Call and email links open your chosen app, and directions open Google Maps. Those services handle the information you provide through them under their own privacy practices.
Analytics is your choice
Optional Google Analytics helps us understand page visits and which menu and contact links people use. It only loads when analytics is enabled for the site and you choose “Allow analytics.” You can browse the menu without allowing it.
When available, use “Analytics settings” at the bottom of the page to change your choice. Selecting “No thanks” stops further analytics events from this site and removes its accessible Google Analytics cookies. It does not delete information already sent to Google.
Our custom events describe menu views, category choices, and clicks on order, call, email, or directions links. They include the menu category or link placement where relevant, along with the page path and referring website’s origin. URL query strings and fragments are excluded from those page fields. We do not send names, email addresses, or message text in these events.
Analytics may use cookies to distinguish visits after you allow it. Advertising storage, ad personalization, and Google Signals are disabled in this site’s analytics configuration. A link click is measured as a click, not a completed order or enquiry.
Preferences saved in your browser
Your analytics choice is saved in this browser. It remains until you change it or clear the site’s browser data. If your browser blocks this storage, the choice still applies to the current page.
The home page also remembers that the short introduction has been shown during the current tab session. These preferences are separate from analytics cookies.
